Touchscreen Products - iPhone: How intuitive is the UI?

    Living up in Canada, I do not expect to see the iPhone in person for some time. I am curious how intuitive the UI is, and how many "finger actions" the iPhone has besides the basic tap. Obviously there is the "pinch" motion for zooming in and out. What other ones are there?
