Thai interactive solutions provider Windopluz partners with NUITEQ

Skellefteå, Sweden/Bangkok, Thailand – April 23, 2010 – NUITEQ®, an award winning technology company, announced today that Thailand based Windopluz engaged into a partnership with NUITEQ.

Windopluz distributes and installs all types of window films and provides one-stop solutions for interactive multi-touch and display services.

Windopluz’s client portfolio includes Chang Beer, Mahanokorn Building, Kasikorn Bank, Sansiri and Lexus Group, Toyota motors.

Windopluz deploys NUITEQ’s Snowflake Suite multi-touch software product on its multi-touch installations, which have been demonstrated throughout Bangkok in the last few months, including the Sansiri Touch Property Sales Site.

One of Windopluz’s multi-touch tables was used to build the brand image of Sansiri Touch Property and act also as a navigation tool for many of Touch Property’s products.

Another successful project, where NUITEQ’s and Windopluz’s combined multi-touch solutions were utilized at, was during the Bangkok International Motor Show, where a Windopluz multi-touch table with Snowflake Suite was presented in the booth of Lexus, the luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corporation.

NUITEQ’s Snowflake Suite now compatible with Visual Planet’s Dual Touch foil

Skellefteå, Sweden / Cambridge, UK – April 12, 2010 – NUITEQ®, an award winning technology company, announced today that its multi-touch software product Snowflake Suite is compatible with the worlds number #1 touch foil from Visual Planet.

NUITEQ has adapted their award winning Snowflake Suite software for single and multi-touch devices to support Visual Planet’s unique and innovative ViP Interactive Touch Foil. With programs in areas of gaming, education, puzzles, music, content viewing and drawing the Snowflake Suite provides an user friendly way to navigate by simply touching and running your fingers across the screen.

Visual Planet’s touch foils now support Zoom, Pinch and Rotate touch gestures using standard mouse emulations within XP, Vista, and Windows 7 Operating Systems.

NUITEQ appointed by Skelleftea municipality to install 50 m2 interactive floor in main street Skelleftea

Skellefteå, Sweden – April 1, 2010 – NUITEQ®, an award winning technology company, announced today, that it is appointed by the Skelleftea municipality to install a 50 m2 interactive floor in the main street of Skelleftea.

“This project will be a major flagship project for NUITEQ.”, commented Ouy Deloof, Head of Marketing at NUITEQ. “We are very excited that we are given the opportunity to install our technology in such a high traffic public space right in the middle of our home town of Skelleftea.”

The main street of Skelleftea, holds a 100 m2 square in the spot middle of the city, surrounding many shops.

On the project, that will be delivered in the Summer of 2011, NUITEQ will be collaborating with construction companies for the development of this project, as the technology will be based on rear projection on a glass surface, requiring extracting a 1 meter deep hole of 50 m2 in the middle of the square.

Expectations are that the part of the square, where the installation will be deployed in, is unaccessible for maximum two weeks, during the Spring of 2011.
